In the last and first post I wrote about how to change the background image of Mac dashboard from Lion to Maverick, but this time I'm here to share with you me new app "Custom Background Dashboard Mac" that allow to do this but easiest! just with one click! So... How it's works?!
- Open the app*
- You will see some information:
- Your main screen resolution.
- Your OS version (You don't need take care about that)
- Choose the image that you wanna use as background (if match with the previous resolution will look better)
- Click on "Change"
- This will ask for your admin password, don't worry is completely safe!
- And will make flash (restart) the dock, but the same is completely safe!
- Done! Now you have your new image!
If for some reason you wanna get back the original background you can find the image in the previous post!
*You could need allow to run apps from not app store sources in:
- System preferences
- Security & Privacy
- Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere

Hello, unfortunately, when I change the background, the dashboard afterwards has a piled background and not one fullscreen...
ReplyDeleteYou need to be sure that screen resolution and image resolution are the same. Sometimes the could show a wrong resolution.
